for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist
with a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.

1. Return Window
• Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date your order is received.
• Delivery date is based on shipping carrier confirmation.
• Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached.
• Items must be free from odors, stains, makeup marks, or damage.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale items.
• Gift cards.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
• Returns received outside the 15-day window.

4. How to Initiate a Return
• Email returns@gscashmere.com to request a return.
• Include your order number and item(s) being returned.
• Approved returns will receive instructions before shipping.

5. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Trackable shipping is strongly recommended.

6. Inspection & Refunds
• All returns are inspected upon arrival.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

7. Exchanges
• Direct exchanges are not offered.
• Customers may place a new order after a return is approved.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos must be provided for verification.

9. International Orders
• International customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
